They need not be in school at the\ntime of submission. Every participant is allowed to submit only one entry.\nThere is no fee for entering the competition or for eligibility.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Essay Topic<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Child protection and care has become a major social issue\nin today\u2019s world. What are the major vulnerabilities that children are facing\ntoday? Discuss what ethical efforts ought to be made to safeguard children from\nall forms of abuses. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Format<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The essay should be between 1500 and\n2500 words. It should be typed using Microsoft Word and in Times New Roman font\n12. Please do not submit a PDF copy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The student information should be as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Full Name: (as it appears on the\nNational ID or Birth Certificate or Passport.<\/li><li>Name of School: (Name of Parish for\nthose who are not in school)<\/li><li>Class Level (From Form 1, 2, 3 up to\nForm 6)<\/li><li>Date of Birth<\/li><li>Email Address<\/li><li>Phone Number<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Submission &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All essays should be e-mailed to the following address: &nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:pvcacademics@aju.ac.zw\">ethics@aju.ac.zw<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No hard copies will be accepted. The winners will be notified on or before 1 May 2019.\nThe shortlisted candidates will be invited to Arrupe Jesuit University Closing\nAssembly to be held on 30 May, 2019 at 10.00 am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Writing Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The essay should be original work by\nthe participant and it should not have been previously published and should not\nbe published anywhere else.
